Schematic

Set up

• Plug in thetest fixture to the AC
• Connect the 7-pin white connector to the UUT, BATT connector
• Connect the 8-pin black connector to the UUT, CONTROLLER connector
• Insert the terminal at the end of the white wire connector to the UUT, CHASSIS hole

Procedures

• Step "none":
  • Turn the knob on the fixture all the way counter-clockwise
    • Note that H4 on the UUT goes On
    • Check that the test fixture's LED is off
    • Press the button on the fixture
    • Check that the LED stays off
    • Release the button
• Step "SW-":
  • Turn the knob 1 step clockwise
    • Note that H6 on the UUT goes On
    • Check that the test fixture's LED is off
    • Press the button on the fixture
    • Check that the LED comes on
    • Release the button
• Step "SW+":
  • Turn the knob 1 step clockwise
    • Note that H7 on the UUT goes On
    • Check that the test fixture's LED is off
    • Press the button on the fixture
    • Check that the LED comes on
    • Release the button
• Step "Pre-Chg":
  • Turn the knob 1 step clockwise
    • Note that H8 on the UUT goes On
    • Check that the test fixture's LED is off
    • Press the button on the fixture
    • Check that the LED comes on
    • Release the button
